All quotes are valid for 30 days only and acceptance within this time must be in writing. It is your responsibility to get an updated quote after 30 days has lapsed.

Confirmation - A job will only be confirmed with written confirmation or a purchase order.

All changes must be detailed in writing to us and we will requote (if requested) for any of these additions or changes.

We really value your business, and will always endeavour to make your job a success. However, speciality items do take time which will be detailed in quotations.

Megadeck will give you a firm quote within 1 business day of receipt of all your requirements during working hours. We do not give ‘ballpark’ estimates.

Unless specifically stated on our quote, all tops and hard facia are quoted as being “Megadeck Black”.

Coloured tops and hard facia can be arranged but we require a minimum of 14 days notice and the BS (British Standard) or PMS number of the colour you require. All colours incur an additional fee.

When a ‘special finish’ stage is assembled by Megadeck, the protection of the top surface/finish from any equipment or traffic is your care and responsibility. Painting will not be conducted on site.
